Be A Tacfit Warrior

TACFIT Warrior program is based on actual mental and physical routines “Flow Coach” Scott Sonnon is using right now to train Israeli counter-terrorism, SEALs and secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to top Government Leaders across the globe, US federal agents, firemen, law enforcement agencies and MMA fighters.

For years you've seen Tacfit reviews in fitness and combat magazines and journals with specially designed workout courses about high-level sports psychology, hypnosis, visualization techniques that supposedly produce champions.  Well, wouldn't you like to have the Tacfit workout program Coach Sonnon used to win FOUR gold medals in Las Vegas, against competition ten years younger and 100 pounds heavier?

Don't think the mental aspect is important: well, here's a clue for you, a little hint, a secret Scott has NEVER admitted publicly until now:

During the ten months of intensive training for the World Martial Arts Games, Coach Sonnon only sparred TWICE.

That's right. Look at his performance, and nobody would believe he wasn't knocking heads every day.  And the secret?   Much of his combat preparation was mental.  And we're giving away all of the secrets that he and his sports psychology coach, Master Hypnotist Steven Barnes used to create this unique victory in this, TACFIT Warrior, the first complete Athletic/Tactical Body/Mind success system on the planet.

The Tacfit Warrior Program

The Tacfit Warrior program is a rigorous fitness plan that's based on the work of Scott Sonnon, a physical trainer and martial arts specialist who has worked with various military units from around the world.

In the Tacfit Warrior program, he joined forces with Steven Barnes, another martial arts fighter, author, and a mental coach. In the program, Scott Sonnon mostly teaches the physical part on martial art and unarmed combat while Barnes trains you mentally.

The goal of the program is to teach you some of the techniques, both physical and psychological, that can make you a stronger, fitter, more physically able and capable person able to face and take on the challenges in most difficult and testing situations.

In a way, the program does play too much on the military angle. You won't become a soldier by doing these workouts. Military training is about more than just fitness. However, the workout style which Scott Sonnon teaches in Tacfit Warrior is very different than what you normally see or do in the gym.
The workouts involve much more movement and bodyweight functionality. The goal is to make you as fit and capable as possible, not to help you just lose fat and tone your body (although this will likely happen as a natural result of the workouts).

The mental coaching part of the plan may help you become more focused and certain of achieving your goals. You may find yourself more determined and better able to withstand the challenges of this fitness plan and better meet other challenges in your life.
